UV WATER STERILIZERS are in-line units, uniquely designed & precision manufactured according to latest technology, very simple & convenient to operate, quick to install & requiring almost nil maintenance & operation care.    Available in various Models with capacities of 100, 500, 1500, 3000, 5000, 7000, 10000, 12000, 15000, 18000, 21000, 24000, 30000 Liters Per Hour.    UV Water Sterilizer is a simplest & most practical device for destroying instantly, harmful & disease causing micro-organisms like bacteria, viruses, yeasts, molds & algae etc. without use of heat or harsh chemicals & without imparting any foreign taste, odor, or corrosive allergenic properties to water to the finished products.      This is a far superior method of disinfections than conventional one of chlorination.

Special Features
* With stands a max. line pressure of 7 Kg/sq.cm.
* Based on quartz technology. Imported thick gauge quartz enclosures used for UV lamps.
* Special accessories like UV monitor, flow control system, audio alarm system, solenoid valve etc. are 
   provided as optional with all models.
* All UV lamps are situated, in the middle of water flow in the sterilizing chamber so as to give a through 
   exposure of UV rays to water.
* Imported powerful ultra violet lamps, germicidal type of 254 nm wavelength are used.
* All Models work on 230V, 50 Hz, 1 Ph. A. C. supply.
* Each model designed to give UV energy dose in excess of 30,000 micro-watts sec per sq.cm.
* Complete unit is available in fully factory assembled & tested condition.
* Both side open quartz tubes are used & each tube is firmly sealed & supported at both ends.
   This eliminates breakage during wiping maintenance & transportation.
Also it provides natural air cooling for UV lamp, enhancing it's efficiency & life.
* Protective metallic enclosures provided at both ends of the sterilizing chamber for additional safety.
* Additional metallic base frame provided for the sterilizing chamber which facilitates easy wall fixing.
* Separate elegant control panel, equipped with hour count meter is provided which gives accurate reading of UV lamp life & enables it's timely replacement

All models have contact parts in either Stainless Steel 304 or 316 quality material, mirror finished.
